Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All payments made to Tallity are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the plan-specific terms below or required by law. By subscribing to or purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Bookkeeping Subscription Plan ($329/month)

Fees are billed monthly in advance.

Payments are non-refundable.

If you cancel, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.

3. Bookkeeping & Tax Subscription Plan ($589/month)

Fees are billed monthly in advance.

Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

If you cancel mid-cycle, service continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds will be issued.

Any additional consulting or advisory provided within the plan is covered by the monthly fee and is non-refundable.

4. Past Month Bookkeeping (Catch-up Service)

Fees are charged upfront at checkout based on the number of past months selected ($329/month).

Flexible Refund Policy:

If you request a refund, one month’s fee ($329) will be deducted as a service charge.

Unused months will be refunded, provided work has not begun for those months.

Fees for months where bookkeeping work has already started are non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate payments caused by billing error;

Technical issues on our platform that prevent service delivery.

6. How to Request a Refund

7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
