Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All payments made to Tallity are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the plan-specific terms below or required by law. By subscribing to or purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Bookkeeping Subscription Plan ($329/month)

  • Fees are billed monthly in advance.

  • Payments are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.

3. Bookkeeping & Tax Subscription Plan ($589/month)

  • Fees are billed monthly in advance.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

  • If you cancel mid-cycle, service continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds will be issued.

  • Any additional consulting or advisory provided within the plan is covered by the monthly fee and is non-refundable.

4. Past Month Bookkeeping (Catch-up Service)

  • Fees are charged upfront at checkout based on the number of past months selected ($329/month).

  • Flexible Refund Policy:

    • If you request a refund, one month’s fee ($329) will be deducted as a service charge.

    • Unused months will be refunded, provided work has not begun for those months.

    • Fees for months where bookkeeping work has already started are non-refundable.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments caused by billing error;

  • Technical issues on our platform that prevent service delivery.

6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the conditions above, please contact us at [info@heritageaccounting.ca] within 14 days of the charge. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
